Our family welcomes you and thanks you for stopping by to visit. We are delighted you have taken a few minutes out of your day to spend with us. We are Joe and Jessica. We have two children and one very regal beagle! We post often and it usually includes details of our Christian faith; life here in the South; entertaining our family and friends; tales of our travels; as well as the daily adventures of having two children. Oh, and our passion for Alabama Crimson Tide Football!
Grab a mint julep, relax, and enjoy the site. Don't forget to leave us a message. You can click under any blog entry to do so. We love to hear from our guests.

Blessings and Blasting!

Since we have been playing Peter Pan all day!

Today has been a day of bountiful blessings!
I just want to take a moment and rejoice in the Lord and all things good that he provides!
We are so blessed to be his children!

Not much going on here today, other than preparing for the Blasting that they will be doing in the woods across the street. We are just so excited about that let me tell you! (note the sarcasm there? BUT no complaints. LOL I am trying very hard not to complain about anything remember? God dislikes complaining!) The children are piled in our room. I thought it would be better to have them down here with me so they would not be frightened when the blasting starts. So they playing in their fort. A K A Mommy and Daddy's bed, without the slightest care in the world. Olivia got her lessons done early so now it is just playing & waiting for the BOOM! How I live for that chorus of giggles echoing out of our room today. I cannot let them outside to play on their play set for fear of flying debris! So movies, popcorn, and color books it is!

As usual when I am trapped inside, I have been cooking so they are eating well! LOL

Jess, you know I love you more than most, but honey, you leave SOOOOO many things out of your blog for those of us who don't talk to you on a regular basis and who llve outside the Helena area. What is going on in the woods across the street and why are the children going to be afraid of it? Now keep in mind, I read this blog EVERYDAY, so the only "news" I have is what you put, or DON'T put in it. A little more info, please. lol

Love ya, Aunt Beth
