Welcome to the Blog Plantation Y'all

Our family welcomes you and thanks you for stopping by to visit. We are delighted you have taken a few minutes out of your day to spend with us. We are Joe and Jessica. We have two children and one very regal beagle! We post often and it usually includes details of our Christian faith; life here in the South; entertaining our family and friends; tales of our travels; as well as the daily adventures of having two children. Oh, and our passion for Alabama Crimson Tide Football!
Grab a mint julep, relax, and enjoy the site. Don't forget to leave us a message. You can click under any blog entry to do so. We love to hear from our guests.
(Also, please remember that all writings and pictures are the sole property of the blog plantation and it's authors and may not be duplicated, unless otherwise noted. )

Thanks for dropping by Y'all!

Election and Kayla

These pictures are of Livie as she was "helping me" @ the Shelby County Republican Headquarters. I love that she is so involved with the political process already. I think I am taking the children to the election return party tomorrow night. I just think it is so important for them to understand this is our duty as citizens. To vote is the most precious right we have and it should never be taken for granted nor should the sacrifice to preserve it ever be forgotten! VOTE tomorrow!
No change with Kayla yet, I will update later in the day.

Hi,
Just wanted to say that I am praying for your niece. I will be keeping it up until I hear that everything is o.k.
I also want to tell you that I am so proud of the woman that you have become. It is obvious that you are putting God, your husband, and your children at the forefront of your life. That is a real testament to you.
You are so special.
Love,
Aunt Kay
