Welcome to the Blog Plantation Y'all

Our family welcomes you and thanks you for stopping by to visit. We are delighted you have taken a few minutes out of your day to spend with us. We are Joe and Jessica. We have two children and one very regal beagle! We post often and it usually includes details of our Christian faith; life here in the South; entertaining our family and friends; tales of our travels; as well as the daily adventures of having two children. Oh, and our passion for Alabama Crimson Tide Football!
Grab a mint julep, relax, and enjoy the site. Don't forget to leave us a message. You can click under any blog entry to do so. We love to hear from our guests.

Beautiful table--LOVE the fleur de lis napkin rings--my best friend from college brought me some similar ones back from France and I was TICKLED PINK. I love all fleur de lis items. Actually, I love just about everything you love that you listed in your about me section. And I'm in Huntsville!!!!!!
Please tell me more about yourself.
MANY blessings to you,
Lana

Such a beautiful table -- I love that turkey butter! Did you mold it yourself? I would love to do that!

Love it!
My grandmother has some antique wooden butter presses that she used to use at holidays. I always thought they were so cool!

Your table setting is lovely and that butter turkey is fabulous...I have never seen that before. My brother in law was joking about how nicely I "carved" the cranberry sauce into a round shape...I see that you did yours that way too. (lol)
