Christmas Tree grated apple pies

Christmas Tree Pies

Tomorrow I must send  goodies with the Princess
for her class party.
I am baking now
and this is the first batch

These have been taste tested by the Hubby and he adored them.

I gave you the recipe for

The filling is perfect inside these little pies!

Once this batch was completed I no longer poked little holes in them.
They didn't need to "vent" as most pies do.
So, they REALLY are precious!

Just use your favorite cookie cutter.
From a pie crust make tops and bottoms.
Spoon a small amount of filling
in the middle and seal them!
I baked the pies for about 18 minutes at 350*

Thanks for dropping by Y'all!

How adorable! My Dad would love these; I may attempt them, but not till after Christmas. They'll be a welcome change from Christmas cookies in January.
Delicious!
