I am starting a new post on Wednesdays.
This is Walk with HIM Wednesdays.
This is a time to reflect on the wonder and blessings that HE provides.
A sharing of Bible verses, or stories of Faith, miracles.
Won't you join us?
Today I am sharing some of the sunsets that my Daddy has taken.
Celtic lore tells us that the Gloaming
( Noun 1. gloaming - the time of day immediately following sunset )
is the one time of the day that one can see the face of God.
I grew up sitting in the gloaming.
It is my favorite time of the day.
My daughter as a toddler would ask to go see God. Meaning she wanted to sit in the gloaming.
So won't you sit with me in the gloaming today?

My Dearest Bama Belle, I think this is a wonderful idea. I linked an old post since I had already posted something today and it didn't seem to fit. I may need a reminder next week (I have such a lousy memory) but I will try to post something new then!
Walk with Him Wednesday is a wonderful idea and I'm proud of you!
I love your photos of the gloaming and the lore behind it.... beautiful.
Hey Girl! What a wonderful idea! WHen I got your email, I had already run my wed post. But now that I know, I will link up next week! I love the idea and I love your post. My mother and I have always been drawn to sunsets. We will call one another and say "did you see it..." A magical time and yes, i can see the face of God in those times. I can see the miracle of his hand and remarkable in creation.
I edited my post so that I could participate, it worked out really well. Congrats on your new "fellowship". So glad to be a part!
It is just remarkeable at all the wonders the Lord gives us each day to look at. All of your pics are just gorgeous. Hugs, Marty
Stumbled upon your place and perused a few post because everything is so pretty! I enjoyed reading your profile... I love Dr. pepper, Grace Kelly and good manners too. But mostly my Savior!
Nice visiting with you.
Kindly, ldh
A walk with Him is a great theme.
In keeping with this, my current Scripture verse is 3 John 2.
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."
Isn't that beautiful?
