Tablescape/ Thrifty Thursday

Our Hostess for Tablescape Thursday
Between Naps on the Porch

Our Hostess for Thrifty Thursday

Tales from Bloggeritaville

My post today combines both!
This was breakfast for the children

The little egg cups are so SPRING! I used my yellow Fiestaware that I found at an antique store.
I used the little pink rose topiary candles to really say spring.
I always tie little ribbons on the stemware. It dresses up even the most plain little juice glasses
.

Orren still uses his Bunny rabbit porringer from Aurthur Court

For the thrifty Thursday I used my silver found at an Estate sale that already had the "B" monogram. Y'all know how I love a monogram They were a steal at $3.00 a piece. FOR STERLING SILVER! MONOGRAMMED!!!!

I also got these sterling salt and pepper shakers at an Estate sale for $5.00! They were a little bent on the pedestal, but I loved them and found them quite charming!

This is where my Husband gets his coffee in the mornings, he even got bunny biscuits like the children!

My tea and toast set was acquired new, BUT on sale! The entire set of four was less than $20.00
So that is it for Thursday.
Thanks for coming by.
Y'all have a great day!

I, too, love tying ribbons around stemware! Last spring, I had to do photo props for one of our cafe groups for the catalog. The setting was VERY Southern, so I tied some wire-edged ribbon in a bright green stripe around the tops of Mason jars filled with lemonade. Too cute!

I have never looked for silver with a "J", but will have to start! I inherited my silver pattern, and don't know if I could emotionally handle not having matching silver patterns but you never know . . .

Pretty Spring table. Love the 'bunny biscuit' plate. And it IS always fun to come across your letter on the silver.
Blessings, Candy

Very pretty. I love the little egg cups and the way you showed us where your husband has his coffee. I don't have anything monogramed but I do think it is utterly classy.
