Leigh's Infamous Super Salsa

Anytime there is a gathering, everyone wants me to bring this, my super salsa. For Christmas, I often can it and give as gifts.

Ingredients:

2cans whole tomatoes (no need to fret, this is easy, use any canned tomatoes you have. I like to use the Mexican variety or a canned variety with jalapenos in it. If I do this I do not use additional jalapenos or I cut back. )

cilantro (FRESH! in the produce section. Grab a handful , I pick stems out and throw into blender. It's the secret weapon that MAKEs this salsa)

¾ c small onion
¼ tsp cumin
Diced jalapeños (how many you can tolerate) I have found the jar kind by the pickles works better than fresh.
¾ tsp garlic salt
Ground red pepper (if you can handle it!)
Dash of salt & pepper

Mix together in a blender. Enjoy! (I have used both fresh ingredients and canned and in this recipe canned tomatoes and canned jalapenos work best)

OLE!
