Deep South Paninis

Please forgive me for my absence. It has been crazy around here and I have had so much going on. I cannot wait to share EVERYTHING with you! I promise that through this week I will do just that! We hosted an event here that was so much fun I cannot wait to show you the pictures.
Today is a quick post to share with you our game day food as we cheer on the
New Orleans Saints ( I am so proud of them!)

DEEP SOUTH PANINIS

Pimento Cheese
Cooked Bacon
Spread pimento cheese onto a
wonderful sour dough bread.
 Top with bacon.
 Put panini together.
Butter the outsides and toss onto your panini press

(I do not know how I EVER lived without mine)
That is it!
It is fabulous!
Thanks for dropping by Y'all!

  4. I'm hoping Santa bring me a panini (SP?) press. Do you make your pimento cheese or use store bought? I'd love a good homemade pimento cheese recipe.

    Hugs!
